Seaham’s Natasha Goldsborough Aims for Mrs. Galaxy United Kingdom Title
From pageantry to positive impact, one woman’s inspiring journey.
A Ambitious Pageant Journey
Natasha Goldsborough, a 27-year-old from Seaham, has been making waves in the pageant scene since her teenage years. This year, she sets her ambitions higher than ever by competing for the esteemed title of Mrs. Galaxy United Kingdom. With her current title as Mrs. County Durham Galaxy, Natasha is excited to take on the challenge against numerous other married women.
Upcoming Finals: The Big Day Approaches
The finals are scheduled for March 22 at the Chorley Park Hall Hotel, where Natasha will showcase her talents across various rounds including swimwear, fashion, evening gown, and an interview segment. Winning this competition could lead to an incredible opportunity for Natasha to represent the UK at the world finals in San Antonio, Texas, later this August.
Community-Centric Approach
Natasha emphasized the importance of community work within the pageant framework. She has significantly contributed to her region through various public appearances, which will factor into her scoring. “A lot of it is to do with community work, and it’s what you take into the interview to tell judges why you should win,” she explained.
Fundraising for a Cause
In her journey, Natasha has successfully raised £10,000 for The Christie charity, which supports the NHS Foundation Trust in providing enhanced cancer care and pioneering research. This has become a cornerstone of her pageant experience, as she recognizes the positive impact she can have while competing.
Excitement and Readiness for Competition
As the competition date draws near, Natasha expresses her eagerness to compete. She feels like a transformed individual, now that she is a mother. “I feel more ready than ever,” she remarks, citing her comprehensive training and community service as factors that bolster her confidence.
Inspiration for Future Generations
Natasha’s passion for pageantry extends beyond personal aspirations; it’s also about setting an example for her daughter. “To win would be an incredible opportunity. As a mum, I want to be a voice for other women, showing them that we can pursue our dreams while being devoted mothers,” she shared with enthusiasm.
