Happy New Year, Marvel Rivals community! We’re excited to kick off 2026 with a thrilling patch release set to drop on January 1st, 2026, at 09:00:00 (UTC). This update promises to enhance your gaming experience without any server downtime—just patch and play!

Celebrate with Chrono-Rush Event

To celebrate the new season, we’re launching the Chrono-Rush event. This is your chance to catch up on Battle Pass progress and earn extra Chrono Tokens. Play matches to earn unlimited tokens, giving everyone the opportunity to unlock all rewards before the season ends. The final page of the Luxury Battle Pass now features an option where you can exchange Chrono Tokens for Accessory Points.

New Store Arrivals

Our in-game store is set to welcome some amazing bundles starting January 2nd, 2026. Among the highlights are:

• Loki – Lady Loki Bundle (Limited Time)
• Lady Loki – Emoji Bundle
• Human Torch – Jack of Hearts Bundle
• Take a Seat Emote Combo Bundle

Traversal Emote Enhancements

This update brings notable optimizations to traversal emotes. Star-Lord’s Wooden Whizbang emote has been fine-tuned for smoother movement, and all traversal emotes will now move only forward. You can easily change your facing direction by adjusting the camera for enhanced gameplay fluidity.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

Platform-Wide Fixes

We’ve addressed a few crucial issues across all platforms. For instance, we fixed an error in the Countdown Conundrum where incorrect countdowns appeared in Times Square—everything is back on track!

Hero-Specific Fixes

Specific heroes have received enhancements for a smoother gameplay experience:

• Angela: Resolved a bug affecting locations of targets carried by her Assassin’s Charge.
• Rogue: Fixed an issue with her Ultimate Ability interactions with Winter Soldier.
• Emma Frost: Adjusted Psychic Spear hit sounds when equipped with the Hellfire Protocol costume.
