During his address at the India Europe Business Partnership Roundtable, Naidu unveiled ambitious plans to develop a Quantum Valley in Amaravati. The Chief Minister expressed confidence that a quantum computer will be operational in Andhra Pradesh within two years, positioning the state as a hub for cutting-edge technology.
Emergence of Visakhapatnam as an IT Hub
Naidu advocated for Visakhapatnam as a growing global IT hub. He revealed that tech giant Google is set to invest $15 billion in an AI data centre, complemented by the establishment of subsea cables linking to Singapore. This development will enhance connectivity and service delivery in the tech sector.
Fast-Track Clearances for Businesses
The Chief Minister shared success stories demonstrating Andhra Pradesh’s fast-track clearance system. He noted that Premier Energy received necessary approvals in just 45 days, while Reliance Industries established the world’s second-largest brewery with a swift clearance process, aiming to commence production by February.
Collaboration between India and Europe
Naidu recognized the growing synergy between India and Europe across sectors such as renewable energy and smart manufacturing. Both regions are committed to enhancing green technologies and funding mechanisms to support this transformation, aligning with global trends towards sustainability.
Government Support for Investors
The Chief Minister made a clarion call to global investors, assuring them that the state government will provide dedicated support in their investment journey. An escort officer will be assigned to follow up on applications, ensuring seamless procedures for setting up industries in Andhra Pradesh.

Andhra Pradesh aims to emerge as a green energy hub, focusing on solar, wind, and pumped storage power generation. With India’s target set at 500 GW of green energy, the state itself aims to contribute 160 GW, highlighting its commitment to sustainable development.
