Troy University Crowns New Queen: Anna Grace Tucker is Miss Troy 2026
TROY, Ala. (WSFA) – Excitement filled the air as Anna Grace Tucker, a junior business major from Huntsville, was crowned Miss Troy University 2026 during the 53rd annual pageant.
A Memorable Night at the Pageant
The pageant attracted a talented group of contestants, but it was Tucker who shined brightest, winning not just the crown but also a $7,500 scholarship. She will proudly serve as an ambassador for the university throughout her reign.
Words from the New Miss Troy
“I’m so excited to be Miss Troy; I don’t think I’m going to sleep tonight,” Tucker expressed after her win. “I love each and every one of the girls I competed with, and I’m so proud of them. I know the guts it took to go out there, and I definitely formed new friends.”
Meet the Finalists
The competition featured remarkable participants showcasing their talents and dedication. Makaylah Harvey secured the title of Third Runner Up, while McKinley Murray was named First Runner Up. Isabella Colagross took Second Runner Up, and Isabella Calasso rounded out the top five as Fourth Runner Up.
Championing a Cause: “Say It Out Loud”
In addition to her responsibilities as Miss Troy, Tucker is passionate about her community service initiative, “Say It Out Loud.” This campaign aims to raise awareness about speech disorders, including apraxia, a condition she has personally experienced.
Spreading Awareness through Personal Experience
“’Say It Out Loud’ is for anyone with a speech disorder,” explained Tucker. “I have apraxia, which is a speech-sound disorder that makes it hard to articulate words. My brother has it too, and I saw this as a way for me to spread awareness about speech disorders.”

With her recent win, Anna Grace Tucker will now prepare to compete at the next level for the title of Miss Alabama. Her journey as Miss Troy 2026 promises to be filled with opportunities to inspire and advocate for important causes.
