Meta Ray-Ban Display Now Available in Select US Stores
Meta’s groundbreaking smart glasses, the Ray-Ban Display, are hitting select physical stores across the United States. However, prospective buyers will generally need to schedule an in-person demo to proceed with their purchase.
Where to Buy
Following its announcement at Connect 2025, the Meta Ray-Ban Display is now available in select locations including Best Buy, LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban outlets, and the Meta Lab. Many stores require an in-person demo for buyers, and due to high demand, demos are currently fully booked until late October in most areas, extending to November and December for some locations.
In-Person Demos
During the demo, staff will assess your wrist size to recommend the most suitable Meta Neural Band from the available sizes. Recognizing demand, Meta has announced plans to expand the number of participating stores, with new slots becoming available daily.
Online Purchasing Coming Soon
While Meta intends to launch online sales for the Ray-Ban Display, for now, customers must visit a physical store. The glasses are offered in two stylish colors—glossy black and matte sand—and come in standard and large sizes, featuring Transitions lenses that adapt to light conditions for versatility indoors and outdoors.
Pricing and Features
Pragmatically priced at $800, the Meta Ray-Ban Display integrates all the functionality of the regular Ray-Ban Meta glasses, enhanced with a heads-up display (HUD) in the right lens. This innovative feature operates through finger gestures detected by the Meta Neural Band, a wrist accessory designed to interpret muscle activation in your wrist to facilitate interactions.
Impressive Display Specifications
The monocular HUD delivers an impressive 20-degree field of view, brightness up to 5000 nits, and a sharp resolution of 600×600, offering 42 pixels per degree, exceeding the Apple Vision Pro. With minimal light leakage—only 2%—users can enjoy a private viewing experience.
Key Functionalities of Meta Ray-Ban Display

The bulkier design accommodates the integrated technology, offering around six hours of battery life during typical use. A software update slated for December will enhance the Meta Neural Band, allowing users to enter text using finger gestures on any surface.
