2025 North Dakota State Pageant: Local Contestants Shine
GRAND FORKS – The recent 2025 North Dakota State Pageant, held at the Empire Arts Center, witnessed an impressive display of talent and poise, featuring a total of 18 contestants. Among the winners were three remarkable individuals from the local area, showcasing their skills and dedication.

Natalie Lund from Mekinock, Rorie Christenson from Grand Forks, and Charlotte Krogfoss from Thompson each earned prestigious titles in their respective categories at the pageant. This event brought recognition to these young leaders and role models in their communities.

Natalie Lund was crowned Teen Miss for North Dakota 2025. As a high school junior who is home-schooled, she competed in a category for contestants aged 15 to 17. The daughter of Dan and Heather Lund, Natalie exemplifies dedication, hard work, and a commitment to community service.
Rorie Christenson: Junior Teen for North Dakota 2025

Rorie Christenson claimed the title of Junior Teen for North Dakota 2025. She is currently a sixth-grader at Schroeder Middle School and participated in a category for contestants aged 12 to 14. As the daughter of Jennifer Holter and Kyle Christenson, Rorie continues to inspire her peers.
Charlotte Krogfoss Crowned Junior Miss for North Dakota 2025

Charlotte Krogfoss was crowned Junior Miss for North Dakota 2025. As a third-grader at Thompson Public School, she represented contestants in the 9 to 11 age category. The daughter of David and Sarah Krogfoss, Charlotte’s victory adds to the local pride in this year’s competition.
Other Notable Winners in the Pageant
The event also recognized other winners, including Dana Henry from Bismarck as Mrs. North Dakota America 2025, Marissa Sanders from Glenburn as Mrs. North Dakota American 2025, and Deserae Wanner from Bismarck as Miss North Dakota for America Strong 2025. They will represent North Dakota at the national level in Las Vegas this August.
