Arrests Made Following the Attack
In response to the violent clash, authorities have arrested four individuals believed to be involved. Additionally, an FIR has been lodged at the Kotwali Dehat police station in Bulandshahr.
Legal Charges Filed Against Suspects
A complaint against six individuals—Tapesh Kumar, his son Priyanshu, and their associates Varun Kumar, Atul Singh, Krishna Singh, and Manav Kumar—was filed under various sections of the BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita) including murder, attempted murder, and rioting, as reported by TOI. Allegations suggest that the SUV was driven in a menacing manner, intending to harm the victims.
